I'm planning on parking my booty on the beach for the entire duration of my trip and no one
So I've decided to make a few changes to my eating habits. I'm a habit eater. I'll pick one or two specific foods, and eat only those foods for a few weeks. Since finding out I have a milk allergy, it's gotten much worse. Remember my post on JB's? Well I basically only ever eat those. To try and help get more nutrients into my body and round out my diet, I've decided to start adding fruit&veggie smoothies in as a daily meal.
I've never been a big breakfast eater, but I'm pretty sure I could handle a yummy smoothie in the morning! I'm going to try making my own for the most part, but if I cave and buy some, it will be the Naked brand smoothies. They only contain fruit, veggies, and some vitamins. Nothing wrong with that! Plus, I'll be eating breakfast which will help me feel a bit more energized during the day. Since I basically rely on my Mountain Dew (don't even get me started), it will probably do my body some good to swap it for fruit.
Any thoughts? I've considered doing a juice cleanse but...I don't think I would be able to make it. I'm not a fan of restricting what I can and can't eat. Throwing in a fruit smoothie or two during the day sounds like a good alternative, plus it might make those expensive bottoms look just a little bit better on spring break! Should I post recipes that I come up with? Let me know!
P.S. Here's a picture of those strappy beauts that I'll be wearing, for all of you nosey people
